We may cancel an order we cannot fulfil and will refund any amount paid. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh.

We collect the details you give us at checkout and on the waitlist (name, email, phone, delivery address) to fulfil orders, send updates you asked for, and meet legal obligations. Payments are handled by our payment partner; we do not store card or UPI credentials. We do not sell your data. To access or delete your data, contact us at the address below. We share details only with the partners needed to deliver your order and process payment (our courier and payment gateway), and we keep records only as long as needed for these purposes and as the law requires.
Refunds and cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it is dispatched. Because these are food products, opened items cannot be returned. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 business days of dispatch.
